Trinity Prep's Patrons of the Arts brings to our students a series of free performing arts classes taught by amazing guest artists.
To "kick off" the budding dance program at our school, members of the Orlando Ballet will offer several classes open to all levels of dancers. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to attend a free performance of "Uncorked" on October 6 in our Freitag & Falk black box theater from 1 to 2:45 p.m. "Uncorked" provides an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at the process of preparing and presenting a ballet production. Audience members will see snippets of upcoming performances, get a rare look at Artistic Director Robert Hill's choreographic process, and have an opportunity to meet the Orlando Ballet dancers.
Three of our esteemed Trinity Prep theater alums, Denee Benton '10, Amanda LaMotte '07 and Eddie Gutierrez '05, will be visiting the school to mentor and inspire our current students. All these incredible events are brought to you by the Patrons of the Arts Danhof Series. Named for Ethel Danhof, a Trinity Prep admission director for many years, Ethel's love for the arts is celebrated every other year with events and opportunities for our performing arts students.
