NOTIFICATION SETTINGS IN CANVAS

Among the many changes that come with Trinity Prep’s adoption of Veracross is that, while all TPS parents have a Canvas account, some households may only want the Veracross account, or not need both parents to get Canvas notifications. So we encourage all parents to log in to their Canvas accounts via the MyTPS Parent Portal and review their notification settings. Notifications can be set to instant, daily, weekly or not at all. While parents still might receive direct messages from teachers about their courses, setting up notifications in Canvas will stop the automatic updates that Canvas sends.
