Sign up now for a youth-centered strength and conditioning program offered at Trinity Preparatory School for ages 9-14. The program is based on the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Model. The LTAD is endorsed by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). It focuses on age-specific training based on training age and chronological age. Coach Meyers has coached at Trinity Prep for over 12 years. He is the co-head Girls' Weightlifting Coach and the assistant Boys' Weightlifting Coach. He has coached in strength and conditioning and Weightlifting at the collegiate and high school level for over 23 years.
